The ICRA 2027 Organizing Committee invites researchers, academics, industry practitioners, and the general public to submit papers, host competitions, and present workshops and tutorials that capture the present and future of robotics.

About
ICRA 2027 will bring together the world’s top researchers and leading companies to share ideas and advances in Robotics and Automation. Researchers and the general public are encouraged to submit papers that capture the present and the future of robotics. Submissions are due by September 15, 2026.

- Sep 15, 2026 (11:59 PST): Contributed paper submission deadline (via Paperplaza)
- Open (1) Aug 5-Sep 9, 2026, and (2) Sep 17-22, 2026 (11:59 PST): Submission of accompanying videos
- Jan 31, 2027: Notification of decision
- Feb 6, 2027: Paperplaza opens for final submission
- Mar 5, 2027: Author registration
- Mar 31, 2027: Deadline for Early Registration
- May 14, 2027: Deadline for Standard Registration

Call for Workshops and Tutorials
Process overview:
- Workshop/tutorial pre-proposals should be submitted through OpenReview. No separate proposal document is required at this stage; all required information should be entered directly into the OpenReview submission form.
- Full proposals for workshops/tutorials will be submitted in PDF format through PaperPlaza. Submitted full proposals are limited to 5 pages. Templates will be available later.

Call for Competitions - Submission Closed
The Call for Competition submissions for ICRA 2027 has closed. All submissions will be subject to a review process by the Organizing Committee. Acceptance results will be announced on October 31, 2026. Please note that submissions can only be selectively accepted due to limited space.
