The online booking system for Partnership is now open!
The Exhibition application system will open on November 3, 2026.
Note: All submissions must be made online only through our official system.

* Early bird exhibition booth applications close January 15, 2027
* Initial payment (50% deposit) is due within 30 days of invoice date, with an extension
available upon request to no later than January 15, 2027.
* Balance payment (remaining 50%) is due by February 26, 2027.
The Technical Exhibition Manual contains all relevant information for the exhibitors and their partners. Companies and their suppliers are required to comply with the guidelines stated in this manual.
You may now arrange hotel reservations for yourself, your colleagues, and your clients.
