N SEOUL TOWER

STARFIED COEX MALL
Starfield Coex Mall is a large-scale complex shopping mall and one of the most popular urban attractions where visitors can enjoy shopping, culture, and entertainment all in one place. Inside, the famous Starfield Library features towering bookshelves and an open space, offering a unique environment for reading and cultural events.
Outside, at the east plaza of Coex, there is a sculpture inspired by the iconic “horse-riding dance” from Gangnam Style by the globally renowned artist PSY. Commonly known as the “Gangnam Style Statue,” this approximately 5-meter-tall installation plays music when visitors stand beneath it and lights up at night, making it a popular tourist spot.
COEX AQUARIUM

WEATHER
South Korea’s climate is typically temperate with four distinct seasons. The period when the ICRA 2027 will be held is the end of May which is one of the most beautiful seasons in Korea.
Late May in Seoul offers pleasant spring weather, with average temperatures ranging from 16°C to 25°C (61°F–77°F). Light jackets are recommended for evenings, while daytime temperatures are generally warm and comfortable.
CURRENCY
The local currency is the South Korean Won (KRW / ₩). Credit cards are widely accepted, but carrying some cash for transportation, local markets, or small vendors is recommended. As of April 2026, the approximate exchange rate is 1 USD ≈ 1,480 KRW (rates may vary)
