- IEEE RAS and IEEE Student Member: To register as a student, select the appropriate student registration category during the online registration.
- Attending both the main conference and the workshops/tutorials requires registration for both. Access to the main conference and workshops/tutorials will be strictly controlled, and only delegates with valid badges/passes will be allowed entry to the respective areas.

Cancellation Policy
Written cancellation will only be accepted until 9 April 2027 for a full refund, less a USD 50 cancellation fee. Refunds for cancellations received after 9 April 2027 will only be made in exceptional circumstances. In case of failure to obtain the appropriate visa to travel to Republic of Korea, please contact us [email protected].
Please note, you need to retain the registration of at least one author to make sure your ICRA paper will be published. The name on the registration can be changed without penalty.
