The conference location for ICRA 2027 is the Coex – Convention & Exhibition Center in Seoul, the Republic of Korea. We strongly recommend that you join both IEEE and RAS before registering for the conference to benefit from the reduced conference registration fee for IEEE and IEEE RAS members.
ACCOMMODATION
The 2027 IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Automation (ICRA) has partnered exclusively with Housing Bureau (TBD) to coordinate the official hotel program. You will find conveniently located hotels, most of them either within walking distance of Coex or easy to reach via the outstanding public transport system of Seoul.
TRAVEL SUPPORT
The Travel Support program as part of the RAS Member Support program will provide additional funding to selected RAS student members to make housing during ICRA more affordable. More information coming soon.
VISA INVITATION LETTER
Official letters of invitation for visa applications will be available to REGISTERED and PAID participants only. These letters do not and cannot commit the Organizing Committee to any financial obligation. Upon successful completion of your online registration and after having made full payment you will be able to download your visa letter.
