The ICRA 2027 Organizing Committee invites researchers, academics, industry practitioners, and the general public to submit papers, host competitions, and present workshops and tutorials that capture the present and future of robotics.

ICRA 2027 will bring together the world’s top researchers and leading companies to share ideas and advances in Robotics and Automation. Researchers and the general public are encouraged to submit papers that capture the present and the future of robotics. Submissions are due by September 15, 2026.

- Open (1) Aug 5-Sept 9, 2026, and (2) Sept 17-22, 2026 (11:59 PST): Submission of accompanying videos:

Call for Workshops and Tutorials
Process overview:
- Workshop/tutorial pre-proposals should be submitted through OpenReview. No separate proposal document is required at this stage; all required information should be entered directly into the OpenReview submission form.
- Full proposals for workshops/tutorials will be submitted in PDF format through PaperPlaza. Submitted full proposals are limited to 5 pages. Templates will be available later.

- Oct 1, 2026: Invitation to submit a full proposal and feedback notification
