The ICRA 2027 Organizing Committee invites proposals for competitions to be held during
the 2027 IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Automation in Seoul, South Korea,
from May 24th to 28th, 2027. The competitions provide a unique venue for state-of-the-art technical demonstrations from research labs throughout academia and industry. Conference attendees and media representatives will have the opportunity to experience live demonstrations of robotic technology via these competitions.
All submissions will undergo a review process within the Organizing Committee.
Acceptance decisions will be based upon the potential significance, public outreach, sustainability in future ICRA meetings, space and logistical requirements. Please note that submissions can only be selectively accepted due to limited space.
All the submissions must be made through PaperPlaza.

- Jul 29, 2026: Submission opens (via PaperPlaza)
- Aug 31, 2026: Submission deadline
- Oct 31, 2026: Acceptance notification
- May 25–27, 2027: Competitions
